Does this article really capture the essence?

[edit]

According to the Oxford Dictionary of Business and Management.. Sagacity segmentation is "A form of market segmentation developed to improve the discriminating power of income and demographic classifications. This form of segmentation combines life-cycle, income, and socio-economic information with JICNAR data. The underlying theme is that as people pass through the various stages of their lives they have different aspirations and patterns of behaviour, which are reflected in their consumption of goods and services."

This article does not seem to capture the emphasis on improved form. As it currently stands the approach described in this article is no different to basic demographic segmentation.

This article needs a rethink, as well as a few references and maybe an example or two? BronHiggs (talk) 07:47, 26 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
