Based on sources in Hebrew, Leibowitz didn't in fact used a motorcycle in his exploits. The story linked in his comments written by his son should not be linked to. There is no evidence to the claims in that article in Hebrew. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2604:2000:D152:3200:90A6:B264:B278:DA1B (talk) 22:26, 13 January 2018 (UTC)
- Why shouldn't his son's claims be linked to? Kdammers (talk) 00:49, 3 April 2022 (UTC)

Redirect needed
[edit]I wanted to find out about this man, having heard his son talk, but not catching either man's name. I could not find anything on Wikipedia using "(The) Motorcycle Bandit" as a search term. I had to go to a general WWW search to find this Wikipedia page. Some-one, please, create a redirect page: Motorcycle Bandit and/or The Motorcycle Bandit --> Ronnie Leibowitz Kdammers (talk) 00:53, 3 April 2022 (UTC)
- I am not sure this would be a good idea. The term Motorcycle Bandit could be referring to more than one person, such as this gentleman from Snellville, Georgia. Biker Bandit, another term describing Leibowitz, could also be referring to Anthony/Tony Carleo, whose exploits are mentioned in Bellagio (resort) § Recent years (2000–present). However, if you enter both of the above terms into the WP searchbar, or even Bikerbank, you will find Leibowitz popping up somewhere on the first page of results. Also bear in mind that Ofnobank, the transliterated Hebrew term which originated all of the above English translations, and which refers exclusively to Leibowitz, is already a redirect.
