Serial Killer

Should Wikipedia call him a serial killer? He has only ever been convicted of a single murder, although it's likely that he committed more--MartinUK (talk) 23:30, 30 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Numerous sources identify him as a "suspected serial killer" so I've changed the lead to reflect that. momoricks 05:23, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
