Randy O'Connor's peer review of Ian Carty

Overall I feel like Ian is on the right track. Sentences are well put together and make it easy to understand for the reader. I would like to see citations be added to the article soon. Overall, I feel like this is well done.

Needs more depth, especially on displaced risk seeking

This article needs expansion. Notably, it needs to summarize research on how poeople whow, when protected from risk in some life aspcts, respond by seeking out other avenues for increased risk. (Unfortunately, I do not know where to look for this, which is both why I sought out this article in the first place, and why I myself am not competent to do this expansion.)
