Relationship to John Lumley, 1st Baron Lumley

"Richard Lumley ..., the son of Roger Lumley ..., and grandson of Anthony Lumley. He was the great grandson of Richard Lumley, 3rd Baron Lumley ... (The 3rd Baron's father, Thomas, predeceased the 3rd Baron's grandfather, George the 2nd Baron). He was a first cousin of John Lumley, 1st Baron Lumley."

So, who was a first cousin of John Lumley, 1st Baron Lumley? According to the article about the 1st Baron, his grandfather was John, Lord Lumley, not Anthony. --INS Pirat (talk) 14:53, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I guess they're (the 1st Viscount and the 1st Baron) the second cousins, not the first ones. Apparently, their common ancestor is their great-grandfather, Richard Lumley, 3rd Baron Lumley. --INS Pirat (talk) 15:14, 30 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
