Restrictions on cell phone use by U.S. driversRestrictions on cell phone use while driving in the United States – The current title is problematic because "Restrictions... by U.S. drivers" naturally implies restrictions imposed by U.S. drivers, not on them. Still, there isn't a straightforward alternative, or I would've moved it myself. I liked the idea of Cell phone use while driving, mirroring Texting while driving, but that redirects to Mobile phones and driving safety (WP:AND violation?). My proposal is admittedly a bit unwieldy, but I think it provides clarity. I'm certainly open to alternatives, such as using "mobile phone" rather than the more colloquial "cell phone." Penalties addition needed

There is no mention at all of the penalties for breaking these laws state-by-state. Without such information the article is not as useful as it should be. I realize that it wouldn't be easy to amend the article as suggested but I do think such an amendment is needed. aldiboronti (talk) 17:55, 1 April 2017 (UTC)
