I have two possible theories for what will occur in this book;
The book will be divided between Hale's time in Britain and America (as it includes summaries for both Britain and America) and may feature characters from Resistance: Fall of Man e.g. Parker, Cartwright etc. and reveal other battles Hale fought in the country that weren't featured in the game.
It will shed light on the mysterious death of U.S. President Noah Grace (as in Resistance 2, it is stated he died quite mysteriously on Christmas, which is when the American half of the book takes place, and the summary includes a reference to a conspiracy at the White House).
