Scope

Is this article about "Residential communities" or is it about "Residential communities in China"? If the part about China is just a subset, should it not be set off within a section? If the article is just about China, shouldn't the name of the article reflect that? --Bejnar (talk) 18:38, 12 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Incorrect?

The scope of the article doesn't appear correct. "(Residential) community" as it relates to the administrative divisions of China is a kind of defined concept of a "village-level" administrative subdivision in an urban area "township-level" division, usually a subdistrict, not a rural one. "Administrative village" is the subdivision of a township-level division - usually a town or township - in a rural area. I will rewrite this a bit if there is no objection.
