Notability/Location

As indicated in my edit summary I do not know that notability has yet been proven for the dance red ribbons. The majority of information sourced back to the choreographer directly (e.g. artist statement or interview). The information that came from WP:RS were announcements that the dance was being performed or else as a small piece about a larger topic (sexual assualt)- not something like a review which would suggest notability. If I'm mistaken and this article is notable I would also suggest it probably belongs at Red ribbon (dance) as the wild flower is more likely to be WP:PTOPIC.
