Hi VicB (or any editor who is watching this page): I have a question regarding the warning that appears on the top of this page. Please pardon me if this sounds naive. The warning message states that this article reads like "an advertisement". I tried to specifically look out for it, but couldn't quite understand why the content was tagged in that way - because it didn't seem like there was any kind of product placement in the text. The Quantiferon assays are not made by too many manufacturers as such. May I ask what (or which part) actually triggered the warning tag? If I know, I can try to correct it. (Just to be clear, the original article was not written by me. I can try to edit the information in the content, because I have some experience with the scientific principle behind these assays; my academic specialization is in microbiology-immunology and infectious diseases.) The reason that it is tagged as a advert is that it looks like the paid articles you often see In magazines, articles that are sponsored by travel agents, medical companies, car makers etc. (It is also called POV articles),Seniorsag (talk) 15:00, 29 December 2016 (UTC)
