hello! welcome back to another GA review... of a new NEL station!!! (we're this close to making NEL a good topic)

on a completely unrelated and totally related to the article itself note, there was supposed to be a li:wop x tfw:ac nonsense video about this station but it got scrapped because i didn't bother editing it in time (i might do it later lol)

anyways, back to the point.

Trajectories should not be stylised in all caps.

FN 10 is dead (and gone and buried)

FN 11 is missing archive link
- Well, it's not yet dead, and usually it isn't my priority to add archive urls unless they are older sources.
FN 12 has dieded too

There are a few tunneling vs tunnelling issues around.
- Replaced all to tunnelling, since we use British English
tunneling works → the tunnelling works

- I removed this clause, given it's not from source
full tunnel is missing an article (grammar term)

FN 11 does not support (Punggol to Teck Lee), Contract 715 and LTA taking over construction in 2022.

Station details

FN 19 is in The Good Place (it's dead, if you don't know what I mean)

FN 24 does not even mention Punggol Coast MRT station. (i'd suggest adding FN 20 to support FN 24 to resolve it or outright replacing it)
- Fixed
Is FN 25 the best source you can find about Trajectories (not a concern, but good to note)
