Major re-write

Tightened & re-arranged text. Cleaned grammar. Much work still needs to be done. Needs many more references. Unable to find on 22OCT12, so hard to tell if this was a cut-and-paste from there. Nonetheless, an appropriately permissioned cut-and-paste may be a good start, but it is only that. At some point every article needs to stand on its own. A section by someone much more knowledgeable about PBFD around the world, its current spread, incidence and prevalence etc. is needed to put this disease into perspective and would be appreciated. I removed 2 dead external links, including http://numbat.murdoch.edu.au/caf/pbfd.htm. I tried to find the PBFD page at Murdoch.edu.au and on Google without success. Another disease affecting wildlfe certainly needs more information. Michael
