Anachrona

[edit]

I had a hard time. I was wanting to edit this article because a couple of lines were garbled. Working within the original text proved difficult. Our problems start with the line "Pope Gregory XIII transferred the institution from a location adjacent the Victor Emmanuel II monument" (where people might end up thinking that this monument stood even in the sixteenth century) and end with "Gregory XIII's palazzo still remains today, functioning now as a high school, and it is after him that the College takes its name" where things are all messed up. The palazzo functions as a highschool that gives "the College" its name?

I was going to leave it to a better person than me, but I think I'm going to go a-butchering presently. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ignatius Hero (talkcontribs) 10:02, 24 June 2006

No, I tried again. I just don't know enough to apply my own changes. I was tempted to just take out the whole thing about relocations because it just does not make sense. Someone help this dying article! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ignatius Hero (talkcontribs) 10:08, 24 June 2006

Gregoriana

[edit]

The short name of the university is in fact Gregoriana (or popularly: the Greg). Gregorianum is the title of the Theological journal published by the University. --Zerged (talk) 05:13, 26 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Not notable as a stand-alone topic MB 18:09, 11 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. Please merge the two articles.--Knodo (talk) 21:38, 2 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Why is there even an article? The University has a good number of "Faculties, programs, institutes and services". -redirect. Manannan67 (talk) 22:33, 3 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Agree, merge. The stand-alone topic lacks both notability and unique content. TheBlinkster (talk) 14:01, 6 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
