Merger proposal

I propose to merge Chemically assisted degradation of polymers into this article. That page is essentially just a content fork and the degradations it discusses (rubber by ozone, solvolysis of PVC and polyesters) are already covered here and are better written here. Merge: Weather testing of polymers

I propose merging the "weather testing of polymers" page into a section in this article. The current page on weather testing is low-quality and could probably be summarized in a paragraph or two with better sourcing here. The weather testing page could then be deleted.
