this is not a common term
[edit]What is the difference between this and casebinding? http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Bookbinding doesn't even mention it. Since it's an orphan it doesn't seem like this is a term used very often and I've never come across it when reading about bookbinding. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.43.31.141 (talk) 18:39, 30 September 2012 (UTC)
