I, a US-college educated, non-medical professional, do not know what this sentence means: "Phymatous rosacea is a cutaneous condition characterized by overgrowth of sebaceous glands." It seems to me that if you knew "cutaneous" and "sebaceous" means then you would know what "Phymatous rosacea" and would not be looking it up on Wikipedia. Perhaps common, every-day English can be used. Remember that many if not most of the readers have never gone to college and are not native English speakers. Basic, common, every-day English please. --Iloilo Wanderer (talk) 10:42, 13 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

== It is unlikely that many people would look up this condition unless they had been recently diagnosed with it by their dermatologist, and if they have been diagnosed with it, I suggest this hypothetical reader use a dictionary and become very familiar with the word "sebaceous," because it will become a pretty important word in their vocabulary during treatment. "Cutaneous condition" could probably be changed out for "skin condition" though, so it would be better not to use unnecessarily complicated technical terms. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lstirek1 (talkcontribs) 00:18, 23 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
