[edit]Location of Phillip Jablonski's mothers home? Article states Burlingame, California. Anyone know?
contradiction issue
[edit]i added the tag today because the article states his first wife is Alice McGowan, yet later the article states he killed his first wife, Melinda Kimball. you really can never have more than one first!! can someone check and correct. i would, but am at work, and due to internet restrictions, i can't get onto certain sites. thanks. 194.221.133.211 (talk) 13:51, 2 December 2008 (UTC)
- It appears as if someone already took care of this problem, but forgot to remove the tag. I added the reference directly to the court document showing Alice McGowan was his first wife. For future reference it is located here: http://caselaw.lp.findlaw.com/data2/californiastatecases/s041630.pdf
- Tag removed. Thanks!Kjnelan (talk) 18:15, 18 July 2009 (UTC)
crimezzz.net
[edit]Nothing indicates that this is anything more than an entertainment site. There are no sources here, nor any particular expertise claimed for the site's owner/author. It is cited here for:
- Jablonski grew up with an alcoholic father who beat and sodomized Jablonski's mother and sisters
However, the statement of facts in the very extensive Supreme Court opinion says:
- Defendant's sister, Patsy, testified that their father was an abusive alcoholic who beat his wife and children. He called his wife and daughter “whores,” and grabbed his daughters' breasts and those of their girlfriends.
So the reference to 'sodomy' seems to be a lurid embellishment. The abuse of the wife and children is adequately documented in the opinion. The crimezzz.net reference should be abandoned.Tkotc (talk) 20:44, 3 May 2012 (UTC)
