Person notable for only one event

[edit]

Per Wikipedia:Notability (people), regarding someone notable for only one event (like Capt. Wallace), we need separate articles for the event (founding of English settlement in Belize) and for the person (Capt. Wallace) when the event is highly significant and the individual's role within said event a large one. The subject of this article seems to meet the criteria. However, this might be considered a pseudo-biography?

Expandable?

[edit]

@Asdfjrjjj: You added a hell of a lot of sources! Surely there must be more information of his life, career, what he did etc, seems rather thin at the moment. Govvy (talk) 08:50, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Govvy: I'm not sure there's information on his life, but there's definitely a tonne of debate regarding his identity and historicity, so that section could be expanded by a lot! I added an expand section tag and will get to it soon :) Asdfjrjjj (talk) 09:28, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Asdfjrjjj: Ye, I read the opening sentence, and thought this will be an interesting read, then I was kinda disappointed there wasn't more there! Cheers for the work know. Govvy (talk) 09:39, 26 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
