I removed this category, noting in my edit summary "doesn't fit the criteria at "List of Nazis" - was not a significant party contributor according to this article's current status, and membership in the party is not synonymous with advocacy in its ideologies". This was reverted by the cat placer, who replied "one only has to have been a member of the party to be in the category". But I see no discussion or guiding material to indicate that this is the case. There is no criteria for inclusion in and surprisingly little debate on the talk page. The parent list, List of Nazis, explicitly states "This is not meant to be a list of every person who was ever a member of the Nazi Party. This is a list of notable figures who were active within the party and did something significant within it that is of historical note or who were members of the Nazi Party according to multiple reliable publications". I am not an expert on Kreuder, and WWII history is not my usual area of editing, but the current status of the article indicates that his personal sympathies did not appear to align strongly with the Nazi political agenda, and that he may actually have suffered at the Party's hands. Including him in this category would thereby seem at least misleading, and possibly defamatory (if not in the legal sense, as Kreuder is well dead, then according to the same logic, as possibly a false association of him with ideology he may have disavowed).
