This person is a convicted homicidor, who is serving life behind bars and as such, he has no expectation of privacy. If he manages to escape from prison for whatever reason (conspiracy, natural disaster) people should have the means to quickly recognize him and so be able to protect their daughters from this predator. Therefore Wikipedia should provide the mugshot of the guy in the article!
