PA-UfM is not PAM!
[edit]While the article rightly mentions that EMPA has been transformed to PA-UfM, it wrongly links in the same statement to the wikipedia article on PAM (Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean). PAM is an initiative by the IPU, created in 2006 as institutionalised forum of the former rather loose "Conference on Security and Cooperation in the Mediterranean" (CSCM, web presence www.pam.int). PA-UfM, meanwhile, is the parliamentary dimension of the Union for the Mediterranean, created in 2008 (http://www.paufm.org/).
See further infos for example given at http://www.parlament.mt/pam. / Jan Völkel, Cairo. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.56.71.91 (talk) 21:04, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
- Fascinating that this hasnt been changed yet. Done it now. Caused also with me confusion and error, referencing it elsewhere. Nsae Comp (talk) 01:36, 2 November 2019 (UTC)
