This 2006 article was useful to me today, so i was disappointed that it was still unsourced. This cite is the best i could find. My cite supports the essence of the Wikipedia article, that a "PAD Site" is a smaller commercial site on or adjacent to a larger commercial property, but it does not support the other elements of the article. I'm giving this cite here, vice as a direct edit to the article, because i'm still a Wiki-Newbie format-wise. Would someone be so kind and decide whether and how to insert this cite in the article (without implying that it supports the entire article) -- else i'll come back some day and do it when i get more experience on wikipedia.

PAD Site definition from encyclopedia.com, which claims to cite the 2009 The Oxford Pocket Dictionary of Current English for which no link is given [1]
