Added references and links to media interviews
[edit]Just popping in as part of an edit-a-thon, but dropped some citations for media interviews Dr. Starosielski did in 2015 related to the stories of Russian military activity near underwater cables carrying internet activity in the Pacific. Don't have the time to add a new section in the article about the topic now, but the citations are there in case anyone has the time! And this should address the notability concerns too. -AnitaConchita (talk) 18:59, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
