I've produced a reformulated article at [1] drawing fairly substantially on, but considerably expanded from, the disputed material, which it should be noted does not have any copyright notice either at the source page at the website cited or on the main page. The information taken from the biography is biographical information apparently offered for general publication purposes and reproduced in eg the text of the Maribor Festival 2010 programme. If the Copyright monitors wish to check whether the author/subject has any objections the following contact details are given at his home page: Nenad Firšt, Trg Celjskih knezov 8, SI - 3000 Celje (tel: + 386 3 492 46 82), e-mail: glasba@zkp-celje.si . As a Preseren Foundation Award winner First is artistically notable. I've done this reformulation to help with the UBLP appeal.Opbeith (talk) 17:38, 8 December 2010 (UTC)
As the person who deleted the main Nenad Firšt article has not given any indication whether they bothered to read the reformulated text of the article, created at [2] in accordance with the banner instructions on the article main page, or even check my text on this page I'm reproducing the reformulated text below. I will wait for a week to see if anyone has any objections and will then use this as the basis for creating a new article. Why is Wikipedia such an uphill struggle?
