There are a range of Wikipedia sources that can help you out. All articles must meet WP:V. To learn how to a proper citing style, consult WP:CITE. For what kind of external links are acceptable, WP:EL is a useful set of guidelines. Good luck! GBYork 18:35, 24 August 2006 (UTC) This user was found to be a sock of Mattisse[reply]

Biographical details/ obituaries etc

[edit]

Of course this is original research and I don't propose to include it in the article without considerable further support, but given what seems to be the rather liminal place occupied by this field, not many reliable sources appear to have dealt with this lady's death; several tributes by publishers etc on social media where she's referred to as a "friend", and thus they are unlikely to be mistaken, in addition related things (podcasts etc) such as: https://www.facebook.com/OccultofPersonality/posts/today-we-remember-nema-maggie-ingalls-occultist-author-and-one-of-the-founders-o/10155368836208196/ ; https://twitter.com/occultofprsnlty/status/950726703852281857?lang=en

Given that a major online source on information pertaining to her area, hermetic.com, gives her residence as Logan, Ohio, and date of death as 9 Jan 2018 (as was given in the article previously, with no source cited), it would seem that these obituaries relate to the individual in question: https://www.robertsfuneralhomelogan.com/obituary/margaret-ingalls ; https://www.legacy.com/obituaries/dispatch/obituary.aspx?n=margaret-ingalls&pid=187883086&fhid=8690 Perhaps naturally enough (and particularly if her family had no interest in or understanding of her field of interest), no mention is made of her activities which made her notable, and there would be no way I can think of to establish beyond doubt that the two are the same person, but the coincidences are several, and I thought it worth including on the talk page for reference. For what it's worth, these commentaries on her: https://www.patheos.com/blogs/starandsnake/2020/02/nema-thelemas-oracle-of-the-future/ ; http://itsallintheegg.blogspot.com/2015/12/the-invisible-house-of-kher-heb.html , again very unlikely to be top-quality sources, identify her as "Margaret Cook Ingalls", which is supported by the copyright of her book Maat Magic being to "Margaret C. Ingalls", but like I say this is merely for the interest of any reader of this article who might look further into this/ have- or locate- better sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 78.144.69.56 (talk) 22:17, 11 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

We can't use Facebook, Twitter, or blogs as sources. I'll look into the other links. Skyerise (talk) 14:50, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
