Updating Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth's Page
[edit]Hello. I previously tried to make some changes to this page (as user ROHInfo). Our ministry (Revive Our Hearts) wanted to update the page with more information on Nancy. The information we gave is both pertinent and comes from radio interviews and articles - these interviews and are housed on our site, so I guess it caused a flag to go up, understandably so. There are not many other sources that refer to Nancy's life and story. We truly believe that the information that we have given is correct and will be more helpful to those trying to learn more than the very minimal information on the current page. We tried our best to just state the facts and remain neutral. We certainly invite others to add information and do their own research as well.
I am suggesting that these changes be checked for neutrality and restored. (I understand that there might be a COI because most things link to Revive Our Hearts, but honestly, it's one of the only places you can find significant information about Nancy). I tried to go about this myself, but I was having trouble getting the page to disclose a paid contributor. I have no intentions of trying to be sneaky, but as I predominantly work in social media for ROH, Wikipedia is a whole new ballgame for me.
I am a connected contributor and I am employed by Revive Our Hearts.
If you have anymore questions or are open to more conversation on this being updated, please let me know. Thanks. Ashley at ROH (talk) 14:27, 15 September 2023 (UTC)
- Respectfully, if most of the significant information comes from a source directly linked to the subject of the article, the person may just not be notable enough to warrant having their own article. Missimack (talk) 21:10, 18 September 2024 (UTC)
