Conflict of interest
I have tagged this as reading like an advertisement. Very important Seattle architecture firm, absolutely deserves an article, but as it stands, this is not the article it deserves. - Jmabel | Talk 08:20, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
- I made an attempt at editing it, but unfortunately that seems to have triggered review for deletion. Does definitely deserve an article, although I'm not really the person to write it. I'll try to add a few quotations to save it from going away entirely. Xine11 (talk) 03:57, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
It seems that someone from NBBJ periodically comes along and tries to replace the article with an ad. If you see them do that, please revert them.
To whomever from NBBJ is doing this: please be aware that Wikipedia considers replacing encyclopedic material with ad copy to be vandalism. You are at serious risk of having your account and IP addresses blocked from editing if you continue to do this. - Jmabel | Talk 18:02, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
- Yes, this is a case of WP:SELFPROMOTE. It just happened again. Obviously, this is done by a user who has no experience with Wikipedia, and who doesn't appear to read this talk page. The recent problems are confined to the two sections Projects and Recent Awards, which have again become indiscriminate lists of items, for many of which we don't have articles, and which presumably don't meet WP:N. I will for now remove those items for which notability has not been established. On the positive side, I respect that the editor is using his real name, which I see as a sign of honest good will, and I will therefore talk with him on his user talk page.—Sebastian 04:56, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
- I had earlier already reworded the entry for the Bund [1] according to my best understanding, but this has again been restored to the grandiose entry that makes it look as if NBBJ built the whole Bund. Since the extent of the company's work is not obvious, and since I'm as tired of this perpetual back-and-forward as anyone else here, I will this time remove the entry altogether and will do the same in similar cases, such as where it appears that NBBJ built all of Google. I hope to be able to clarify these with Danielskiffington and help him create a list that complies with our standards.—Sebastian 05:18, 28 December 2011 (UTC)
External links modified
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on NBBJ. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20130120022252/http://boyawards.interiordesign.net/BOYProjectWinners.aspx to http://boyawards.interiordesign.net/BOYProjectWinners.aspx
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
