conflict of interest

[edit]

Specifically, what might be the conflict of interest from the author's perspective? Unless one can be specifically addressed, the neutrality alert should be removed, yes?

With respect to notability, Professor Wooders has published extentively in a number of acclaimed peer-reviewed academic journals. One can find an extensive listing of such publications by searching for her name in any reputable academic search engine, or Google Scholar.

What, specifically, is the copy-editing concern associated with the Myrna Wooders page?

GC2maxpro (talk) 20:12, 28 June 2011 (UTC) While I am not insinuating any conflict of interest, per se, I can understand why one would have been noted since the style of the main paragraph is very informal and gives anecdotes not particularly relevant to her well-deserved notability as an economist. This article does need cleaning; if anyone is knowledgeable about her work and research, it would be helpful to rewrite the article emphasizing her work in economics.[reply]
