– Constitutional amendments have broadly redefined Kenya's districts as counties, with some small adjustments and merges (see Districts of Kenya and Counties of Kenya). Several editors have tried to move the district pages to the county name but have twice done so through a copy/paste move rather than a page move request. I have reverted this on two occasions now and I am requesting that these pages be formally moved to prevent such errors in future. SFB 14:21, 2 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Outdated Info

It has come to my attention that most of the work on the Districts of Kenya is mostly outdated as most of the material was sourced from 1999 and also due to the fact that the Districts of Kenya had been officially converted to Counties of Kenya by the new Constitution of Kenya, so as to stop displaying inaccurate information on Kenya we should move the pages on only the requested articles because not all districts were made counties. Districts

I have attempted to integrate the pages Districts of Kenya, with Sub-Counties of Kenya as best as I can to reflect the current state of the national government's new administrate structure, vis-a-vis the counties structure, and so on. The page needs tidying up, and the situation is still a little fluid, with the ongoing changes generating some political heat and even litigation (see references added to the Sub-counties page). So please don't rush to just summarily undo the changes, its an ongoing thins Kimemia Maina (talk) 08:13, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
