Show cause notice

If anyone has access to the cited reference, perhaps they can add detail that could be interesting. As a reader from a different legal jurisdiction, I am puzzled that the registrar of the university would be issuing a show cause notice. Does the registrar function like a court judge? Was the registrar in this instance simply unfortunate to be acting like a process server? Sminthopsis84 (talk) 23:19, 21 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
