Bloated article

This article had gotten a little overloaded with repeated and over-specific information. There is no need to repeat information or give unnecessary (for a Wikipedia article) specificity, such as with the termini of the highway. The Notes section is totally haphazard, and I've done a little bit of writing cleanup and consolidation. I haven't figured out how much of the History section can be consolidated or removed, but the other things I've done is a start.mrcool1122 05:15, 8 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
