Overall, the article is generally solid. I've performed a minor copyedit, mostly focused on reducing redundancies, in content and also syntax.
Images: One image, kind of blurry and terrible but in a quick look for better stuff that's either freely available or potentially free didn't find anything. Such is the life of minor biographies. Properly tagged regardless.
References: Statements cited to appropriate reliable sources. Did a quick spot-check to statements attributed to refs 2, 3, 10, 14, and 20, and did not spot any issues. Went on a look and didn't find any major sources of information that could be used, so seems to meet comprehensiveness concerns for GA.
