Sources needed for claims

[edit]

I have removed several unsourced negative claims from this article according to Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons which states "Be very firm about high quality references, particularly about details of personal lives. Unsourced or poorly sourced negative material about living persons should be removed immediately from both the article and the talk page. These principles also apply to biographical material about living persons in other articles." Please do not replace these claims until we have material from reliable sources as per Wikipedia:Reliable sources. Capitalistroadster 21:13, 26 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV

[edit]

Why the NPOV tag? I don't see any evidence on this talk page that a dispute exists? the_undertow talk 21:43, 21 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Occupation

[edit]

Either he is a bin man or he is claiming benefits for being unemployed. He shouldn't be doing both. The article is contradictory. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.190.190.150 (talk) 22:20, 24 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I saw a documentary this year that showed him working as a painter and decorator. Jim Michael (talk) 01:43, 6 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Seriously?

[edit]

We have followed all his rich life until the end, which wasn't even worth half a page. Does it really need a wiki page the life of a guy who spent his fortune in drugs, cars, gold and prostitutes? I don't know, I think at least half the soup operas of all the world deserves at least a page stub more than this article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Xwexarexbulletsx (talkcontribs) 05:36, 24 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Soup operas? I like it!

Why don't you nominate it for deletion then?130.209.6.40 (talk) 13:37, 23 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Category deletion discussion

Except that there is no discussion on deleting Michael Carroll there.

Actually I find this article quite informative and about the right length - I would vote to keep. 89.168.92.249 (talk) 09:22, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Keep. Looked for the persons name as an example in relation to a question of how £10 million could be used and the page was here. The only problem the person who nominated it for deletion has is their (understandable) personal disregard for the primary subject of the article. 78.150.201.115 (talk) 23:50, 20 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Removed from "convicted of assault" category

[edit]

I have removed this from the assault category on the basis there is no mention of an assault conviction in the article. Perhaps, affray was mistaken for this. By all means put it back in that category after providing reliable sources. Danrok (talk) 14:57, 12 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
