travel precautions

[edit]

Wikipedia does not give advice - is there any opinion either way on the section as found - removal or re-wording?

My suggestion would be: -

Travel in the region like all outback regions of Australia requires care - check local authorities for advice and information - any thoughts? SatuSuro 03:19, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'd say remove it. An encyclopaedia could cover past incidents tracked to reliable sources, assuming they can be covered within WP:UNDUE, but the risks are not particular to this town (and it should be noted Meekatharra, Western Australia is focussed on a town). OK good point thanks for that - SatuSuro 09:42, 5 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
