an interesting note about this politician, he is included on the 2005 Citizen Commission for Human Rights (A Scientology organisation) 'opening' for the 'exhibit', on the special features of the controversial dvd and exhibit Psychiatry:_An_Industry_of_Death.

I quote only his words for explanation from the entire opening for fair use for comment:

"I am deeply honoured to be part of the opening of this powerful and disturbing, but ultimately inspirational museum, And can I take this opportunity to thank CCHR International and its many local chapters, for the amazing work they do highlighting the worst excesses of psychiatry and the pharmeceutical industry.

Much more needs to be done, for no child should have their right to grow free from biochemical interference violated. And no adult should be victimised by drugs or treatments that are not cures.

And no government should support harm in the guise of help.

Truth is the only weapon that we need in our joint fight to protect the rights of every man, woman and child. And I will do everything in my power to work together with CCHR and all those with common sense and a passion for human rights, to make the truth about psychiatric abuses widely known and bring about the reforms that are so badly needed. Thank you."

I'm not sure how to include this in the article, or whether it should be included in the article.

maybe just a brief mention that he opened this controversial exhibit would probably do, I'll likely come back later and do that if somebody else hasn't already. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.45.62.110 (talk) 14:54, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

These unsigned comments may have merit to warrant adding a "controversies" section to the article. Dr.khatmando (talk) 01:57, 8 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
