major compactification needed

Hi,

The bulk of the article appears to be based on a 'research project' by 67.111.218.66. (Cf. the history page). While 67.111.218.66 unearthed and collated a lot of valuable information about Turbo, there is, in my opinion, way too much background here - quite appropriate in a stand-alone essay, but less so in biographical article in a hyperlinked encyclopedia. Therefore I propose to rewrite the article in a more compact form. How's that?
