I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Merge into CVS/Pharmacy LPGA Challenge

This article has been tagged for a merge into CVS/Pharmacy LPGA Challenge since May 2009. I'm going to go ahead and do the merge. The two articles are essentially the same. It appears that the editor who created CVS/Pharmacy LPGA Challenge mistakenly created a new article instead of simply renaming this article as is common practice when golf tournaments change names. --Crunch (talk) 02:31, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
