I did find this front and back box art which seems to show that it was released in Japan, but it has no associated proof other than the image: [1]. Also an eBay listing showing the JP box, instruction manual and disc [2] Nealbo (talk) 13:34, 7 June 2019 (UTC)

@Harizotoh9 and Nealbo: Sources for the Japanese release date, 4 October 1996: Famitsu ([4], [5]) and the official PlayStation website ([6]). Per WP:VG/DATE, the infobox should only list release dates for English-speaking regions since the game was developed in the UK, so I suggest to add the Japanese release date in the prose somewhere. – Hounder4 14:00, 7 June 2019 (UTC)
