"Manual" and "manual pad"

Should "manual" and "manual pad" be included? I cannot add them myself because I didn't know what they mean, and a bit of research has got me a bit closer, but I am not a skateboarder myself and do not know much about it - better for someone more knowledgeable to add I think.
