What is this list?

[edit]

Needs a preliminary section defining which "sites and monuments" it includes. PamD 18:53, 6 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is according to the records of the government of Kenya. 19:02, 6 June 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Stephenwanjau (talkcontribs)
Does anyone have a link? This is the closest I could find: "Sites and Monuments Department". National Museums of Kenya.. --evrik (talk) 16:33, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Unique IDs

[edit]

Is there a certain naming convention that we should follow while generating these IDs for the Sites/Monuments? Since the record which I obtained from the National museums doesn't have an entity that we could use as the ID, it has only the names, date when the monument was gazetted, the gazette notice number and locations of these sites and monuments. ₫ӓ₩₳ Talk to Me. Hi Stephen,
Could you email me the record you obtained? Maybe that helps for me to get a better idea of what is possible. Thanks! (I'll put this in email too) effeietsanders 20:18, 23 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Templates

[edit]

Hi all,

Once it is clear what has to be in the table, and what the numbering should be like, please contact me. I created the necessary table templates for you (see Template:Kenya Monument row) with which you should be able to build the table. But I also have a tool with which I can pretty easily build that templated table from an html table. Anyway, catch me on gtalk if you need help. effeiets anders 20:31, 15 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for creating the template. ₫ӓ₩₳ Talk to Me. Email Me. 17:59, 23 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
@Effeietsanders: also created commons:Template:Kenya Monument. --evrik (talk) 16:46, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

City park image

[edit]

The image with a man's hand holding a white club provided as being at City Park is actually found at Uhuru Park. Those are two very different parks located at different areas in Nairobi. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mholanzi (talkcontribs) 04:51, 3 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
