Date order

I think this article would be more useful if we had it ordered by date rather than alphabetically (though still split into continents). I'm aware some of the elections don't have specific dates (several countries have deadlines for elections rather than a particular date set in stone) but it would be easier to get a handle on when elections are happening if it were ordered in this way.
