Merged from List of biological wikis

I went ahead and boldly merged List of biological wikis into this article. The wikis list had an undefined inclusion criteria resulting in conflicts with various policies. Because Wikipedia is not a directory and Wikipedia is not a link farm, but rather has an external linking policy and a common selection criteria for stand-alone lists, the wikis list needed to be pruned.
