It is standard for everyone associated with a particular college or university to be included under a main "List of University of ______ people" article. I think that is the appropriate thing to do with List of presidents of the University of Louisville and List of Notable Athletic Alumni, University of Louisville. Questing the use of the term "worst", as in "KY's worst historic site redevelopment company", in the information about "Robert A. McGoodwin"

Remove non notable people

Per Wikipedia guidelines, to establish notability a person must have their own Wikipedia articles. I removed Chris Breuer from this article beacuse he doe not have his own article. The information I removed is: Chris Breuer (baseball) MLB Front Office Executive
