USS prefix
[edit]To my knowledge, no landing craft has a USS prefix. Can anybody confirm or deny? -- Brianhe 22:47, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
- They do appear to have been commissioned; see DANFS entry for LCIL-652, NavSource info on LCIL-1091, and DANFS entry for LCI(L)-869 as examples. Maralia 02:47, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
