Sourcing

[edit]

@Jmaxfield18: Thanks for your work on this list. I'm still concerned about the amount of (currently) unsourced content, but you're clearly making an effort to add sourcing. Happy editing! ---Another Believer (Talk) 22:34, 28 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

2019 holdover marches for International Women's Day

[edit]

A number of 2019 Women's Marches, both in the US (Buffalo, Omaha, Annapolis) and abroad (Dublin, Amsterdam) were either originally scheduled or rescheduled (via weather forecast) to take place not in January but in early March, alongside those officially under the umbrella of International Women's Day, an annual global event which goes back over a century. On that occasion, there were just as many (if not more) marches altogether as there were on January 19-20. I'm thinking that although both events address the same issue, it would be wiser to draw the line as to where the Women's March movement ends and International Women's Day begins, and maybe draft a 2019 list of events for the latter.Jmaxfield18 (talk) 15:50, 30 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
