[edit]An editor, Justlettersandnumbers, keeps removing information as to what Lendon is currently doing. If she's no longer competing and is retired from doing so, the fact that she only currently teaches is relevant.Ladysif (talk) 20:23, 13 April 2015 (UTC)
- I think what's going on is that you are on the edge of WP:NOADS. You can say someone is a riding instructor or a clinician, etc., but you can't phrase it like it's a farm advertisement. Montanabw(talk) 06:29, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
I don't see how "Gray currently teaches, schools horses, and offers horsemanship clinics" reads like an advertisement, considering that's... what she does, but if the powers that be command it, I suppose what's in there now conveys enough that she's not competing.Ladysif (talk) 16:38, 14 April 2015 (UTC)
- It's a fine line - the problem was not so much that part of the sentence as the farm name and such. There's some nuance here, and I know you are new to editing, so we can try to help out some. Montanabw(talk) 07:38, 15 April 2015 (UTC)
- I changed it to "Bedford, NY" or w/e it is, it doesn't matter that much, but I still don't understand how geographical location is advertising, though I guess the source I put in there could be. It's not a big deal.Ladysif (talk) 14:58, 15 April 2015 (UTC)
