Session of 1840

I think there was a session in 1840 consisting the House of Nobles listed in the constitution that met at Lahaina in November 2-14, 1840, to pass the initial constitution. Hoapili and Kealiiahonui weren't able to make the 1841 session, not that they weren't able to serve as nobles until 1842.--KAVEBEAR (talk) 06:14, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal

I see that this is not a high-traffic article but wanted to propose an idea I've been toying with: changing this to a list, significantly working on the references, adding a sortable table of all of the members of both houses by year and house, and nominating it as a Featured List. Would you be interested in helping in transcribing from Lydecker's Roster Legislatures of Hawaii, 1841-1918? I've been trying to do this for the 1892 legislature for the entire day just in order to list out all the --KAVEBEAR (talk) 07:02, 4 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
