Vice President or Deputy President?

[edit]

In this article the Chair and his Deputy (of the landtag) are refered to as President and Vice-President. However the german pages does not say "Vize President" (Vice President) and instead referes to Fritz Fleck and Karl Kübler (later Eduard Leuze) as "Erster/zweiter Stellvertreter" (First and second Deputy). However in no german state parliament or in the Bundestag are the deputies of the presiding officer refered to as "Stellvertreter". As the German page does not make any further remarks regarding the topic and I was unable to find reliable sources concerning this issue, I'd appreciate if somebody were able to find and link a source to the page.
