Unsourced claim

In the section about the origin of the name, it says:

"La Pothouin was dedicated to a lawyer of the parliament who died in the year of the publication of the third book of Pieces de Clavecin in 1756."

But this appears to be simply made up, and no reference is provided. I'm going to remove this statement now because I don't believe such a reference exists, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong. TooManyFingers (talk) 13:42, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
