Golden Dragon?

Is there any proof that Golden Dragon is owned by King Long? I could not find any mention of it on King Long website. Here's what is says:

We also have two holdings subsidiaries - Higer Bus Company, Ltd. and Nanjing King Long Coach Manufacturing Company, Ltd.
